Terrible customer service, never return a phone call or answer it.Quick to take your old vacuum and your money but you will never hear from them again, it has been over 3 weeks that my mother has been promised her vacuum will be returned she can not go out waiting for the courier and still no vacuum. The vacuum is good on the off chance it works but never seen a vacuum that need to be returned to the supplier so many times, and so costly.
