  Rip-off overcharged me to replace the alternator in my Kluger. Charging me $550 for a used one. Tried to discuss it with the owner when i arrived to collect the car but staff member Addam rudely refused to call the owner. I dont recommend dealing with them.

  Absolutely amazing! I'm not typically a car person, so usually when my dad says their is an issue with my car, I trust where his instincts go. My car has been making this constant humming noise and my father told me to bring the car to be serviced at a transmission service specialist. I told (I believe his name is Adam) about my issue, and he said "If it is a transmission part issue, new transmission parts could cost thousands, if it isn't I'll give the transmission a service." When the car was ready, what was actually causing the humming noise wasn't the transmission at all. He pointed out that the wheel bearing (I think) has actually been tampered with before and it isn't in great shape after years of driving. He installed a new wheel bearing and I was a happy man for having a wonderful peaceful and quiet car now. What made me happy about this trip to Liverpool transmission service centre wasn't just the professionalism but also the fact that they didn't do any unnecessary services even though I was expecting a service to be made based of the morning drop off talk. (I've had some dodgy encounters where service centres do extra things because people like me might not know what's going on with our cars and so they charge us extra).
  
  Only downside was finding the place, but I won't obviously mark them down for it LOL. That's google map's fault for not knowing how to direct us there. (You should be going from subway down to a place with a black sign 264-some other number. There will be a left turn lane before a traffic light and that's the only way into the complex)

  I purchased a Ford Falcon car 8 years ago and had two significant breakages connected with the car after it was out of warranty. On each occasion a local and significant Ford dealership advised me that it would be more than one week before they could even look at my vehicle which would have left me off the road for between 1 to 2 weeks. However Liverpool transmission service centre were able to diagnose the fault the same day and return the car to me within 3 days from me calling them. I have found them to be very knowledgeable and professional with a can do attitude. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Both Tony and Adam are good blokes who know their craft.
