- Jullian Sparxx Added December 30, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst Customer service I have been back and forth with this company over an vehicle repair warranty issue that should of been covered in my so called"premium mechanical protection plan" absolute joke! Haven't been taken seriously and I haven't had the vehicle for a year yet. They promise you premium service but I have received the worst possible customer service. Once they have sold you the car 'they' couldn't care less about their customer once the transaction has been done. Poor customer service and I have taken time off work to rectify this issue and it still hasn't been fixed and I had to take the matter to fair trading to get them to finally do something about the issue. Absolute Joke! Not a recommended dealership! Wouldn't do business again with this company, was considering bringing the rest of my business to this company to get work vehicles but after this poor customer service. I have reconsidered and even gone to the length to return the vehicle!
